Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

The PTA is a small, self-governing body made up of parents and staff.  These members share an interest in supporting the school, its students and staff.  The Committee meets once or twice a term and is always keen to encourage new parents and carers to attend.

Fundraising

Through the PTA, parents and staff work together to raise money for extra equipment and resources which improve learning facilities and opportunities for students throughout the school.  This is achieved through a number of social events each year.

Discussion Forum

The PTA also organises events in collaboration with the school, at which parents can meet each other and members of staff to hear about new school developments and discuss other, relevant issues.

Notices about the PTA events and meetings appear in school newsletters, via Facebook and Twitter.  For further information, please contact the current PTA Chair, Leonora Carrasco-Brown via the school or email parents.4054@bartholomew.oxon.sch.uk.

Bartholomew PTA is a Registered Charity (Charity no. 105609) and is affiliated to the National Confederation of Parent Teacher Associations.
