To further improve communication with parents and carers, we have begun this ‘frequently asked questions’ section of the website where parents can instantly access useful, day-to-day information about the school and its systems. We hope that your query will be addressed here! If not, please contact the main school as indicated in the main ‘Contact Us’ section and we will respond as quickly as we can.
What sort of issues are dealt with by my child’s Form Tutor?
The Form Tutor is the most important person on a daily basis for each student. Items such as absence letters, holiday requests, friendship issues, general progress and wellbeing are dealt with by the Form Tutor. Many parents choose to communicate with the form tutor via messages written in the student planner.

How can I let the school know my views as a parent?
The school asks all parents and carers to complete a questionnaire each year, to inform us about your perceptions of the strengths and areas for development within the school community. Watch out for it on the website. The Senior Leadership Team and Governors endeavour to respond to the concerns raised by parents and to act on them, as well as to share and celebrate the many positive and appreciative responses which we receive from our parents.
