"A month of long days, rice at every meal time and bucket showers doesn't seem the most appealing experience, but yet, that month was the best of my life. It has given me an outlook on life that I don’t think I could have gained from anywhere else. In one month, we changed from friends into family, which made the cold showers bearable and the long days short. Tanzania is definitely now my second home!"

"Tanzania was such a fantastic experience, which if I ever had the chance again, I would jump at it. Not only did we all get the opportunity to learn new skills (such as making elephant poo paper!), we saw many amazing sights. Climbing Mount Meru was very challenging at times, but the sense of achievement on top of the mountain was overwhelming. On the trip I also made some new close friends who I hope to keep in touch with. I really couldn't pick out a favourite part of the trip. It was all so incredible. The local people were all so interesting and interested in us and I enjoyed talking to them all and felt that I’ve learnt a lot from them and the whole experience. I would like to thank you for organising such a brilliant trip and for looking after us when we were out there - you were all great."
