Our European Day of Languages celebrations this year included our biggest ever House Bake Off, with more an astounding 64 entries submitted by 85 students across the school. The brief was to design cakes inspired by countries and cultures from around the world, and the standard of creativity and presentation was truly outstanding.

All entries were displayed during our Year 7 Open Evening, where visiting families were invited to cast their votes for their favourite bakes. With so many imaginative designs and delicious-looking creations, the judging was very close. The most popular entries were selected as winners and, in recognition of their achievement, students were presented with certificates and received congratulations from Mr Wood, Deputy Headteacher.

We would like to thank every student who took part for their enthusiasm and effort in celebrating global diversity through baking. Their contributions made the competition such a highlight of the week.
